Exchanges and store credit
We accept exchanges or offer store credit on unworn items returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery or purchase. This applies to: Incorrect size or fit, Change of mind, Unwanted gifts. Please note: we do not offer refunds in these cases. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 3 days of receiving it. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following: A replacement (if available), Store credit, or A refund (only if the item is confirmed to be defective).
